The Team
Join our dynamic Disruption Investigation team, where your insights will play a crucial role in maintaining our high service standards during challenging times. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure we provide the best possible support to our customers.
The Role
>As a Disruption Investigation Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing disruption information to effectively challenge legal claims. Your role will involve:
>Analysing disruption events and ensuring quality evidence is collected and retained
>Producing reports during disruption incidents and recording real-time information
>Liaising with internal teams to gather supporting disruption information, including root causes and customer welfare measures
>Maintaining disruption evidence information databases and documentation for legal representatives
>Representing easyJet as an expert witness in court proceedings across Europe
