As a Bank Catering Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting catering staff with meal preparation and cooking, following company policies and procedures.
* Serving Residents, Staff, and Visitors with food and beverages.
* Maintaining storage procedures and stock rotation.
* Ensuring all areas, equipment, and furniture are cleaned and stored correctly.
* Ensuring the kitchen and related areas meet hygiene standards and comply with policies and procedures.
* Liaising with the wider team.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Relevant Catering Qualification (Desirable)
* Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP
* Experience in a similar role
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Where you will be working:
Location: Goldhill Care Home
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote excellent food service.
