iSQ Recruitment is excited to partner with a global leader in packaging manufacturing to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer for their cutting-edge production site.
This role offers the chance to join a highly automated, fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key part in maintaining, repairing, and improving a wide range of machinery. You’ll be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical skills, confident fault-finding ability, and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in FMCG, automated production, or similar manufacturing environments will be highly valued. A commitment to continuous improvement—across safety, quality, and performance—is essential.
This role is a 3-weekly rotating pattern of days and nights, across Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license with access to their own vehicle.

Carry out regular maintenance and fix breakdowns to keep machines running smoothly.
Help plan and follow a schedule for routine and basic maintenance tasks.
Quickly respond to equipment issues when asked by the Shift Team Leader.
Work well with the team and on own initiative as needed. Criteria:
Multi skilled - engineering degree (electrical or mechanical), with strong experience in the other.
Full Right to Work in the UK.
