Successful SME and international professional services business are looking to hire an Interim Group Financial Controller as soon as possible for a 12 month period, reporting into the CFO. The expectation is that the full-time role could be delivered in a hybrid manner, with 4 days per week spent working in their central London head office. Key Responsibilities: Lead the production of group accounts and consolidation process, along with group external audit process Development of monthly group management accounts pack, including balance sheet and cashflow Deliver regular debtors, cashflow forecasting and sales reporting Support annual budget and reforecast process, business partnering closely with Regional MDs Candidate Profile: Qualified Accountant Group Controller experience at a senior level in a complex and fast paced business Experience in running robust financial reporting and forecasting processes Strong people leader with excellent systems skills; ie.
