Job Description
As our clients Web Editor, you’ll be the day-to-day custodian of the storefront and associated channels. You’ll use the Magento admin interface (with occasional command-line tooling) alongside Photoshop to create and maintain product and content pages—keeping our offering fresh, accurate, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Catalogue Maintenance
2. Upload and configure new products continuously, liaising with the Design team for imagery
3. Ensure Amazon Seller Central listings are created and updated as needed
4. Maintain Google Merchant Centre feeds
5. Magento 2 Content Management
6. Create, update, and retire CMS pages
Implement redirects or remove outdated pages to maintain site health
7. Content & Media Integration
8. Embed videos, logos and other rich media assets on site pages
9. Publish blog posts and other editorial content via Magento’s CMS
10. Page Tweaks & Quality Control
11. Update Terms & Conditions, policy pages and small visual or copy tweaks
12. Test new pages and changes to ensure correct formatting, links and asset loading
Essential Skills & Experience
13. Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience working with Magento 2 (admin interface)
14. Strong familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for image resizing and basic editing
15. Comfortable performing routine tasks via command-line scripts (no custom coding required)
16. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
17. Ability to prioritise a high volume of updates in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
18. Good communicator, able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design and other stakeholders
Desirable Skills & Experience
19. Experience managing Amazon Seller Central product pages
20. Hands-on familiarity with Google Merchant Centre feed management
21. Prior exposure to basic SEO best practices (even though not a core responsibility)
