Closing Date: Friday 29th May 2026 at 9am Start Date: As soon as possible The Lettings Manager will: Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations, major users and local partners. Be responsible for the day-to-day management of lettings, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across all hired spaces. Oversee all formal and informal lettings arrangements, including contractual paperwork such as leases and licences. Have a background in facilities management, leisure, hospitality or education would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills. Ensure that our facilities are presented and managed to a professional standard. Maintain effective communication with the Local Authority regarding tripartite arrangements for the 3G pitch. Play a key role in driving income generation, maintaining high standards of customer service. Have strong organisational skills, a commercial mindset and a passion for working with the local community. Be highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple priorities.
