Job Summary

Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications.
* Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
* Manage food production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
* Collaborate with management on menu development and special events.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
* Assist in resolving any issues that arise within the kitchen or with staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
* A passion for culinary arts and continuous improvement in cooking skills.
