We are working on behalf of a private inclusive nursery near Huyton, Liverpool, seeking a Staff Leader or a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy nursery setting and will deliver high standards of care, child development and learning in a welcoming, caring, and safe environment.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Passionate, nurturing, and committed to delivering high‑quality childcare
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enhanced DBS check on an up‑to‑date service (or willingness to undergo one)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of early years staff to deliver outstanding care and education
* Create and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Plan and implement age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support and monitor the progress of children, including those with SEN
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments, EHCPs, and reviews as required
* Promote safeguarding and ensure welfare requirements are met at all times
