We are looking for a Workshop Controller who leads from the front. This is a hands-on, semi-productive role, combining workshop control and administrative tasks, with active involvement on the tools.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the aftersales department, while maintaining high technical standards across both traditional and next generation vehicles.
What You’ll Be Working On
* A wide range of vehicles – from petrol & diesel models to brand-new EV and hybrid technology
* Multi-franchise diagnostic and repair work
* Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new vehicles including Changan & XPENG EV
* Fault-finding, warranty work and general maintenance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a vehicle technician, ideally with multi-brand exposure
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
* Customer-first attitude
* Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
