The Role
As our Domiciliary Care Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding compliance and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on all aspects of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Carry out internal audits, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments.
* Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.
* Oversee and maintain staff training, records, and competency frameworks.
* Support the Registered Manager in preparing for inspections, reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
* Investigate and resolve compliance issues, ensuring robust action plans are implemented.
* Foster a culture of quality, safety, and accountability within the care team.
