Your mission
Immerse your customers in memorable and genuine face‑to‑face in‑store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty. Yves Saint Laurent demonstrates an incredible heritage that is at the heart of everything we do as a Beauty Advisor. As a personal shopper you will identify and understand customers’ needs, inspiring them with luxury yet edgy looks. You will be part of a beauty‑expert team demonstrating boldness and couture for this established Parisian brand.
Responsibilities
* You will ooze passion for our luxurious beauty and deliver exceptional service. Even if you don’t have experience within this industry, we will give you the tools you need to become a beauty expert.
* YSL disrupts the status quo with cutting‑edge technology in both make‑up and skincare. We want to empower individuals with glamour and a sensorial experience using make‑up, skincare and award‑winning fragrance.
* You are a real people person and love meeting new people, welcoming new and existing customers in store, taking them on a personalised luxurious journey. You will deliver individual consultations, demonstrating empathy with tailored recommendations.
* You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world‑class customer experience, inspiring them with the YSL Heritage that represents scandal and freedom.
* You will be self‑driven and motivate yourself to deliver on individual sales targets, occasionally serving as the sole ambassador for your team. We are not afraid to break the beauty rules and set new ones at YSL, while leading as the most innovative and entrepreneurial brand.
Support and Development
* Your induction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor and peers. You will begin online with modules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make‑Up and Fragrance. A full training induction will also be held at our head office in Hammersmith, London to support your success.
* You will attend ongoing team trainings, receiving introductions to all new launches, application techniques and the chance to experiment with iconic products.
* You will have access to e‑learning modules to develop yourself; we will support your development with a best‑in‑the‑business experience.
* The future is yours! We will support your progression into a Counter Manager, Business Manager or Area Manager.
