CK Group is recruiting for a Field Experience Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry in Basingstoke on a contract basis for 12 months.
This is a part-time position, working 25-30 hours a week.
Salary:
£19.98-£26.64 per hour PAYE
Field Experience Manager Role:
* Responsible for operationalizing and executing the vision of the sales force effectiveness area
* managing internal & external stakeholders effectively at multiple levels
* Develop an exceptional onboarding, & ongoing training experience for all sales force employees
* Own & manage all operational and executional aspects of New Employee onboarding (cross-functional and Hub wide), ensuring a positive first experience for new employees
* Serve as content owner for all onboarding material, ensuring they stay up to date and compliant
Your Background:
* Experience in managing the employee onboarding process
* Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, compliance, & adaptability skills
* Proactive, highly organized, agile, collaborative, & results-driven
* Experience of the pharmaceutical sales process and industry is highly desirable.

This role is based at our clients site in Basingstoke for a minimum of 2 days a week.
