Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen while ensuring exceptional food quality throughout service.
* Assist the Head Chef with the overall management of the kitchen
* Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
* Support the team in achieving and exceeding rosette-level expectations
* Train, mentor and develop junior kitchen team members
* Ensure consistency across all sections during service
* Help drive creativity and innovation within the menu offering
What we're looking for

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a strong culinary environment
* Experience working to rosette standards is highly desirable
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
