Position: CRM and Social Media Manager
Company: Luxury tour operator based in central London (hybrid or home-based options available)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and benefits
Role Overview
This standalone role reports to the Head of Marketing and involves managing the company's email programme and social media activities. You will define and develop the organic social media content strategy and handle KPI reporting.
Responsibilities
1. Manage email marketing campaigns and social media presence
2. Develop and implement organic social media strategies
3. Monitor and report on KPIs
Requirements
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, preferably luxury travel
2. Proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms
3. Strong analytical skills
