Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Experienced to work independently on quite shifts and as part of a team at busier times and for event catering.
2. Maintain food safety and allergen management in line with food policy and best practise.

3. Level 2 food hygiene qualification
4. Allergen awareness training
5. Professional cookery qualifications to a minimum city & guilds 706/2 or equivalent.
6. Working knowledge of Health & safety regulations relating to catering.
7. Ability to work flexibly on evening and weekends.
8. Computer literate, willing to learn the use of IT systems for bookings information and stock ordering.
