Now Hiring: Communications Manager – In-House, Luxury Hospitality (SAM / AD equivalent)
Hybrid working 5 days per week onsite, London-based
Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 + depending on experience
I’m currently partnering with a renowned luxury hotel group to recruit a Communications Manager to support their UK and international portfolio. This is a standout opportunity for a communications professional with a strong editorial eye, excellent media instincts and contacts, and a proven track record in building impactful influencer partnerships.
Reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications, you’ll lead the delivery of integrated PR and brand communications strategies, shaping how these iconic properties show up in the media, across influencer channels and in the minds of future guests. You’ll play a key role in driving visibility through smart, strategic storytelling and partnerships that connect culture with brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic communications plans across a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels
* Lead media relations and influencer engagement, ensuring strong, consistent brand representation
* Build and nurture relationships with top-tier media, content creators and influencers in the UK and internationally
* Activate influencer partnerships—from brief to execution—ensuring content aligns with brand values and drives measurable reach
* Pitch compelling stories aligned with seasonal, campaign, and commercial objectives
* Collaborate closely with GMs, brand, commercial and social teams to ensure fully integrated execution
* Produce high-quality press materials, brand messaging, and campaign content
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, coverage, and ROI
* Stay ahead of trends in media, influencer marketing, and communications to ensure ongoing innovation
* Support new hotel openings with creative, insight-driven PR and influencer activation strategies
Candidate Profile:
* 4–5 years’ experience in communications or PR, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors
* Demonstrated success in both traditional media relations and influencer marketing
* Strong network of media contacts and content creators (international reach highly desirable)
* Excellent copywriting, content development, and messaging skills
* Strategic mindset with creative flair and meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative, solutions-focused, and highly organised with a proactive attitude
