Role Responsibilities
The UK Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
1. Generating leads through networking and leveraging existing industry relationships
2. Executing effective sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets
3. Consultative upselling to existing customers, promoting maintenance and service offerings
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients throughout the product lifecycle
5. Reviewing contract renewals monthly, contacting lapsed customers in advance, and tendering solutions for extensions or renewal
6. Preparing Service Level Agreements related to specific contracts or clients
7. Conducting satisfaction surveys with all contract customers, reviewing feedback and trends, and implementing appropriate actions

Candidate Requirements
We are eager to hear from candidates who demonstrate the following skills:
* Strong understanding of pricing and technical knowledge
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, ideally in the contract servicing sector
* Experience selling to all levels of business, including C-Suite executives
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of solution selling practices and skills
* Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet and manage a portfolio of clients
