About Us
At Oceros, we're a fast-growing automotive marketing agency with a love for big ideas, slick creative, and the occasional pun. We help our clients shift gears from ordinary to scroll-stopping and now we're looking for a Social Media Manager to join the ride.
The Role
You'll be working alongside Adam (our resident Lead Content Creator) and the wider creative studio to plan, schedule and deliver content that makes people stop mid-scroll. You'll keep our clients' feeds fresh, our calendars organised and our ideas flowing. Basically, you'll live at the crossroads of creativity and organisation – with a side of hashtags.
You'll be:
* The content captain, managing schedules, plans and posts across multiple client accounts.
* The creative sparker, helping turn ideas into engaging posts, stories and reels.
* The trend spotter, knowing what's hot on socials before the rest of us catch on.
* The organiser of feeds, making sure content is on-brand, on-time and on-point.
* The data detective, tracking performance and spotting what works (and what doesn't).
What You'll Do
* Manage client social calendars.
* Plan and schedule posts across multiple platforms using scheduling tools.
* Coordinate with the studio team to brief creative assets (graphics, reels, animations).
* Jump into copywriting when needed – snappy, witty or professional as the brief demands.
* Monitor trends, hashtags and engagement opportunities for clients.
* Track analytics and provide insights to the team and clients.
* Keep client content plans running like clockwork.
What We're Looking For
* A natural storyteller who knows how to adapt tone for different brands.
* Someone who loves a well-organised content calendar (and can keep one in shape).
* A social native who keeps an eye on TikTok, Insta, LinkedIn and beyond.
* A detail hawk from hashtags to formatting, you spot the little things.
* Social media management - essential.
* Automotive experience – essential.
