Location: Ledbury, Herefordshire
Base Pay: £13.00
Attendance Bonus: £1.30
Milling Season Rotation: Monday-Friday, 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00), ~ 60 hrs/week
Main Responsibilities
* Support the fermentation and maturation stages of cider production
* Assist in movements and additions to cider during processing
* Maintain quality standards under pressure and ensure compliance with premium cider specifications
