Support induction, supervision and continuing professional development of nursing staff and wider teams
Act as a clinical role model, sharing expertise and modelling excellent standards of compassionate care
Support regulatory compliance in line with the Care Act, Children’s Homes Regulations, CQC and Ofsted standards
Contribute to audits, reports, policy development and quality improvement initiatives
Deliver and support Nursing-led specialist clinics

Motivating, approachable and adaptable team player with excellent communication skills
A formal teaching qualification (e.g. PgCert in Practice Education) and mentorship qualification are desirable (or willingness to undertake).

You will be enthusiastic, assertive in clinical decision-making, and deeply committed to safeguarding, equality and promoting dignity for all.

Why Join St Elizabeth’s?

Be part of a values-driven charity making a meaningful difference
Ongoing professional development and specialist training
Influence the development of high-quality clinical practice across services
