I am currently working with a leading events company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through innovative event planning and execution. They specialize in exhibitions, events and networking events all across the world, and pride themselves on their attention to detail, creativity, and exceptional customer service. They are currently seeking a passionate and driven Exhibition Sponsorship Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
As an Exhibition Sponsorship Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sponsorship opportunities, building relationships with potential sponsors, and driving revenue growth for our exhibitions. Your expertise in sales and understanding of the exhibition landscape will help us deliver exceptional value to our sponsors while contributing to the overall success of our events.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract sponsors for upcoming exhibitions and events.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sponsors through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Relationship Management: Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and event management teams to align sponsorship opportunities with event goals.
Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and sponsor agreements in our CRM system.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship sales, event management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
