Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced, and very successfulService Advisor.
Working in a busy Service department, your role will be to oversee the customer journey from start to finish.
* To meet and greet customers, to qualify vehicle details and job-card information to ensure accurate work descriptions and diagnostic questioning is used to identify potential customer concerns with their vehicle best.
* To liaise with workshop control and administration teams to prioritise vehicle work-flow, ensure paper work is completed correctly.
* To exceed customer’s expectations and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. To manage customer’s needs and expectations and ensure you deliver on your promises.
* To be experienced in up-sell processes, objection handling and record sales activity via DMS
