The Role: We are seeking a driven, confident, and customer focused Car Sales Executive to join a highly successful main dealership based in Chichester. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer service while maximising sales opportunities. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive: Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience from start to finish. Engage with customers professionally and confidently, both face-to-face and digitally. Actively promote new and used vehicle stock to maximise sales opportunities. Complete all sales administration accurately and promptly. Maintain strong product knowledge of the latest models, features, and finance options. Work collaboratively with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets. Conduct structured follow-up to ensure repeat business and customer retention. Represent the dealership brand to the highest standard at all times. Package: Basic Salary: £18,000, realistic & achievable OTE £75,000+ (Uncapped commission!), plus a company car & fantastic company benefits.
