As Executive Producer, you will act as the strategic architect for high-growth content channels, focusing on defining channel identities, setting growth KPIs, and overseeing the content pipeline. This role emphasizes strategic oversight and leadership rather than hands‑on technical production. You will lead a team of Development Producers, refine creative concepts, and manage the delivery of content through a network of external production partners. The position requires a strong ability to align content output with commercial and brand objectives, ensuring the continued growth and success of each channel.
Responsibilities
* Define and evolve channel identities and positioning in alignment with business objectives
* Set and monitor growth KPIs for multiple content channels
* Oversee the content pipeline, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
* Lead and mentor an internal team of Development Producers
* Refine and approve creative concepts for new and existing channels
* Manage relationships with external production partners, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals
* Oversee budget allocation and financial management for channel operations
* Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and commercial targets
* Report on channel performance and recommend strategic adjustments as needed
Skills And Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Producer or in a senior content/channel management role
* Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability to set and achieve growth KPIs for digital or media channels
* Experience managing internal teams and external production partners
* Excellent budget management and financial oversight capabilities
* Deep understanding of content development, channel branding, and audience growth strategies
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Familiarity with media, entertainment, or digital content sectors
* Availability for a full-time contract position; remote or Manchester-based candidates preferred
