Senior IT Service Delivery Specialist
The role
We're looking for a seasoned Senior IT Service Delivery Specialist to lead our IT vendors and drive value and high performance across our technology landscape. You'll be responsible for managing relationships with key technology providers—including a helpdesk vendor, IVR vendor, Jira support, various cloud platforms, infrastructure partners, and managed service providers—ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and innovation.
This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and driven in the delivery of a top class mission critical IT service. Most systems are managed within corporate headquarters in Spain so an ability to create and maintain a strong relationship with the technical teams is essential
The role spans managing live escalations, monthly vendor performance calls, new project deployments and IT changes across our 3 sites – Reading, Leamington Spa and Manchester
This is a hybrid position based at our welcoming offices in Reading, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end management of IT vendors, from selection and onboarding to performance management and renewal
* Monitor and drive vendor compliance with SLAs. Maintain monthly reviews of performance and put in improvement plans where required.
* Work with the corporate team in Spain to facilitate improvements to the IT ticket management systems, and the core tools that will assist in the performance of vendors.
* Monitor vendor compliance with security standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO Work with the IT security lead to comply with any security obligations
* Drive cost optimization and license rationalization across the IT portfolio
* Work with the corporate team and the vendors where training on new/replacement tools is required
* Lead contract negotiations with the assistance of the Cellnex UK procurement team
* Join the on call rota for approximately 1 week a month. This is paid additional to salary
* Travel between 3 sites as required

Experience
· Demonstrable experience in an IT desktop environment, including vendor management, procurement, or technology sourcing
· Deep understanding of IT environments and experience ideally in a helpdesk setting
· Strong negotiation skills and experience managing mid-size contracts
· Excellent relationship building skills with a head office located in Europe
· Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes
· Project management accreditation would be advantageous
