Project Support Co-Ordinator - L/Derry - Permanent
Join a well-established manufacturing company in Campsie, L/Derry as a Project Support Coordinator and play a key role in supporting major projects from initial planning through to delivery. Working closely with Project Managers, you’ll help keep projects running smoothly through strong coordination, client communication, and accurate documentation management, ensuring deadlines, workflows and customer expectations are consistently met. The Role:

Role Overview:
The Project Support Engineer plays a central role in maintaining project momentum and ensuring information flows accurately across the business. This position suits someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Compliance
10. Assist in preparing RA/MS and O&M manuals
11. Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date
Digital Systems & Information Management
12. Upload and manage drawings and documents on client portals (training provided)
13. Maintain version control and distribute updated files correctly
Inbox Monitoring
14. Monitor inboxes for assigned Project Managers
15. Flag urgent or time‑sensitive communications
16. Escalate early signs of client dissatisfaction to the Sector Director
Project Continuity Support
17. Maintain workflow during PM travel or absence
18. Liaise with the Design and Install Manager to coordinate ongoing tasks
Criteria:
19. Previous experience in a project support role.
20. Experience in production environments.
21. Commercial awareness - understanding of margins, cost control and project profitability.
22. Experience supporting Project Managers with project coordination
23. Familiarity with RA/MS and O&M documentation
