Field Print Engineer – Sheffield & Doncaster
Location: Field-based covering Sheffield and Doncaster

The role
We are looking for an experienced Field Print Engineer to join our Service & Support team, covering the Sheffield and Doncaster areas.
This is a field-based position, where you will visit customer sites to install, maintain and repair printers and multifunction devices (MFPs). You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a reliable, high-quality service and that their equipment operates efficiently.
Please note: this role is specifically focused on print engineering. We are looking for candidates with experience in the printer, copier or MFP industry, rather than general IT support.
Details for the role: Main tasks and responsibilities
Key responsibilities
* Provide on-site technical support to assigned customer accounts within agreed service levels
* Diagnose and resolve faults on printers and multifunctional devices
* Carry out installations, routine maintenance and upgrades
* Log service activity accurately using internal systems
* Identify recurring issues and support proactive improvements
* Maintain stock of parts and equipment to support field work
* Build strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent service at all times
* Support colleagues across the wider service team when required
* Ensure compliance with company and customer health and safety requirements
