At AXA – Global Healthcare, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our Distribution Team as Team Leader for Sales Referral and Operations, developing your career within an international business. You'll be responsible for Online Lead Referral targets and strategy, contributing to achieving global New Business sales. You'll use operational planning skills, whilst collaborating with the Direct Sales Manager, to ensure the smooth delivery of new business targets. What you’ll be doing: Lead and develop your team to maximize their Lead Referral potential while ensuring they meet service and quality standards in line with KPIs and compliance guidelines. Regular team check-ins and performance management. Manage team workload effectively, including scheduling, work planning, and monitoring activities to ensure lead referral targets and service levels are achieved by using planning and excel skills as well as Workforce Planning tools. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, both internally and externally. Drive process improvement within your team, proactively identifying challenges and owning the solutions. Supporting long term sales planning for the Individual Distribution Department. What you’ll bring: Operational planning experience desired. Team Leader experience preferred or aspiring to become a Team Leader. Solid understanding of the importance of the Team Leader role in driving sales success. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to your own development and that of your team. Effective coaching skills, with the ability to deliver challenging messages with sensitivity. Flexibility in your approach, coupled with excellent time management skills. Evidence of being a confident and reasoned decision maker. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
