CATERER/ CLEANER - HEALTHCARE Salary: £12.71 per hour Working Hours: Permanent, Part-Time, 30 hours per week, Various shifts, Monday to Sunday from 07:00 - 19:00. Location: Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich, NR6 5BE. This is a vital, dual-function position where you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of hospital services. You will be responsible for both preparing and serving meals and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site, ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures at all times. Responsibilities: Cleaning & Infection Control Follow a daily cleaning schedule to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Help maintain a high standard of infection prevention in the hospital. Perform assigned cleaning tasks using provided checklists and training. Catering & Food Service Prepare and serve daily meals, snacks, and beverages. Maintain high standards for food presentation, portion control, temperature, and quality. Follow established procedures for receiving all goods deliveries. Experience of working or volunteering in a Mental Health environment is not essential but would be an advantage.
