Role Overview
We are hiring an Information Specialist to organise, curate, and surface information across the business. The role combines research with knowledge architecture — making sure people can actually find what they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain knowledge bases, internal wikis, and resource libraries
- Conduct research and synthesise information for internal stakeholders
- Develop taxonomies, tagging structures, and metadata standards
- Audit content for accuracy, freshness, and gaps
- Train teams on knowledge management practices and tools
- Partner with subject matter experts to capture and codify expertise
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years in knowledge management, library science, or research-heavy roles
- Strong research skills across primary and secondary sources
- Familiarity with knowledge tools (Notion, Confluence, Guru, Slab)
- Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
- Comfort with taxonomies, search, and metadata
- Library science or information management background is a plus
