Practice Coordinator (Administrator)
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and well‑organised individual to provide support to the Family Help and High Needs Team as a Practice Coordinator (Administrative). This is a temporary/secondment opportunity for six months.
Key responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to operational Team Managers and Social Care Practitioners, enabling them to spend more time undertaking direct work with children, young people and families.
* Manage tight deadlines, prioritise work and solve problems to deliver a first‑class level of operational support to children’s services.
* Communicate effectively at all levels, explain technical issues in plain English, analyse and interpret data.
* Organise meetings, take and produce minutes; maintain awareness of data protection and information management.
* Support the delivery of practitioners and relationship‑based practice plans.
Qualifications and experience
* High level of customer service skills and organisational skills.
* Excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel and databases.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise work, problem solve and communicate effectively.
* Awareness of data protection and information management.
