We’re excited to be working with a growing independent media agency based in Brighton to hire a Paid Media Lead.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of paid digital media across a varied client base, while helping to shape how digital performance evolves within a scaling business.
The role suits someone who enjoys being hands‑on in platforms, but also wants to have a voice in how campaigns are structured, delivered, and improved over time.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels and accounts
* Take responsibility for performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results
* Oversee campaign budgets and ensure spend is aligned with objectives
* Bring consistency to how campaigns are set up, managed, and reported on
* Identify gaps in current ways of working and introduce more effective approaches
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with wider activity
* Provide guidance and support to more junior team members where needed
* Contribute ideas to improve overall digital performance and output
The Ideal Candidate:
* 4+ years’ experience in paid digital media (agency experience beneficial)
* Strong hands‑on experience across paid social and/or paid search
* Strong experience with Meta, Google, and social channels
* Comfortable managing campaigns from setup through to optimisation and reporting
* Good understanding of performance metrics and how to improve them
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
* Some experience supporting or mentoring others is a plus
* Looking for a role with more ownership and scope to influence
