This is your opportunity to be part of the £4.2 billion HS2 London Tunnels Main Work Civils contract, delivered by the SCS Joint Venture (Skanska, Costain, Strabag). With the bulk of the TBM tunnelling completed the works are very varied; tunnel fitout, shafts, RC Structures and other associated works with 4 years left this is one of the most complex and high-profile civils packages in Europe. SCS is responsible for constructing 13 miles of twin-bore tunnels (26 miles total) between West Ruislip and Euston, using six Tunnel Boring Machines (five operating simultaneously), along with shafts, green tunnels, cross passages, utility works, RC Concrete, steel, tunnel fitout and associated infrastructure.
