Looking to hire an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator/Chief
BEPPS2 Project within the 15 year KDP8 framework.

The Temporary Works Coordinator role

Supporting with all aspects of the design, coordination, submission, compliance, programming and management of temporary works design, and assurance, maintaining and updating the Temporary Works Register and completed similar roles within Construction.
Being the first point of contact between the designers of Temporary Works and the site team/ Contractors.
Ensuring all appointments are in place for all contractors or kept up to date during the construction stages.
Pre-erection inspection of the temporary works materials and components.
Control and supervision of the erection, safe use, maintenance and dismantling of the temporary works.
Confirm when the permanent works have attained adequate strength to allow dismantling of the temporary works and issue a formal "permit to dismantle" where necessary.
Following confirmation that the permanent structure has attained adequate strength, issuing formal permission to dismantle the Temporary Works, and specifying any sequencing of the operation that is required.
To ensure that all appropriate maintenance and inspection of the Temporary Works are carried out.
Carry out regular audits or surveillance to contractor installed temporary works.
Technical ability to review and approve Temporary Works designs from contractors or in house designs.
Manage interfaces across our production and subcontractor teams

You hold a current TWC CITB Certification or equivalent, and a valid CSCS card, coupled with Contractor/Subcontractor management experience.
You will have demonstrable experience of working at a similar level with experience gained in temporary works design/delivery management, ideally on large infrastructure/construction projects.
Full driving licence.
