Overview
I have been exclusively instructed by a FTSE 250 listed financial services organisation who are seeking an Interim Senior Governance Manager on a 6-month basis, starting at short notice. This role is central to the function and will provide a broad range of support across the company secretarial department.
Responsibilities
* Acting as Secretary to Executive Management and Board Committees.
* Advise senior leaders and the Board on governance best practice, ensuring regulatory obligations are met.
* Take co-lead on AGM preparation.
* Provide guidance on the annual report including drafting sections.
* Provide support to the subsidiary governance framework including acting as Secretary to regulated and significant legal entities.
About You
You will be an experienced governance professional with a strong background in corporate governance. You will bring:
* At least 5 years previous experience working in a Company Secretariat or governance department.
* Experience working within a listed organisation. Regulated experience is desirable but not necessary.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
