*Air Conditioning & Ventilation Service Engineer – Commercial*Essex / Home Counties / Central LondonWe’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning and Ventilation Service Engineer to join our commercial team, specialising in fault-finding, diagnostics and technical support across a range of HVAC systems.This is a service-focused role — suited to an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, commissioning support, and getting systems up and running correctly, rather than routine maintenance or full installations.*Systems worked on:** Air conditioning systems (splits, VRF)* AHUs and ventilation plant* Chillers and ASHPs* Versatemp units and associated controls* Supporting breakdowns and complex faults*The role:** Diagnosing and repairing HVAC faults* Attending breakdowns and technical call-outs* Supporting commissioning and system optimisation* Liaising with clients and internal teams* Producing clear service reports*What we offer:** £20–£26 per hour basic* Paid door-to-door travel* Strong overtime availability* Company van with personal use* Manufacturer and specialist training*What we’re looking for:** Strong HVAC service and fault-finding experience* Full F-Gas qualification* Commercial building experience* Confident, professional client-facing mannerThis is a long-term employed role with progression for the right engineer.Job Type: Full-timePay: £20.00-£26.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:* Company pension* On-site gym* On-site parkingWork Location: In person
