The role
We are looking for a Surrey Venture Studio Coordinator to support the operational delivery of the Surrey Venture Studio (SVS), a pre-incubation programme helping early-stage academic and community-led entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable ventures. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flagship initiative driving innovation and economic growth across Surrey and partner universities.
In this role, you will:
1. Coordinate workshops, selection panels, and showcase events across multiple sites.
2. Manage communications with participants, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
3. Maintain programme calendars, databases, and documentation for delivery and audit readiness.
4. Track Catalyst Grant spending plans and invoices, ensuring accurate records.
