Overview
Sales Manager - Weddings & Events at New Car Parts Ltd. Onsite at a 3 star country hotel in the south Solihull area.
Responsibilities
* Managing the entire sales cycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting venue tours, presenting packages and securing bookings.
* Building and maintaining relationships with couples, wedding agents, and other industry professionals to generate leads and repeat business.
* Working closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of wedding services, including coordinating with vendors and managing the event timeline.
* Assisting with promotional and marketing activities, such as developing brochures, attending wedding fairs, and managing social media presence.
* Staying up-to-date on wedding industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Skills and qualifications
* Experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Knowledge of wedding planning processes and industry trends.
* Proficiency in using sales and event management software.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* A passion for weddings and providing exceptional customer service.
