Role Purpose
To support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing capability of the BSG Operation teams and the delivery of client training
Responsibilities
Input into the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes and procedures for both internal & external training requirements
Delivery of face to face and online training sessions, including mandatory and annual learning
Development of training materials
Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, induction and certification of new recruits
Undertake regular employee quality assessments in line with requirements to identify training needs
Assist with the development and delivery of client training
Maintain an up to date knowledge of all relevant Company / Client policies and procedures, and relevant Regulations
Maintain and update training records and procedures in line with company, certification and legislative requirements
Provide support with ISO QMS, conduct internal audits, and support external audits
Provide reports and insight as required
Any other duties within the scope of the job purpose
