Purpose of the role
Johnson & Johnson’s Immunology franchise is seeking a Senior Product Manager (SPM) to drive the launch of a new treatment for people living with psoriasis. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Immunology, this role will be based in the J&J High Wycombe office.
What To Expect
As Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing a new treatment for psoriasis to market, improving patient outcomes and driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Core Value Team (CVT) in developing and executing brand strategies for key customers.
* Create and deliver comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice.
* Oversee the team’s budget and ensure alignment with tactical plans.
* Collaborate with above‑country colleagues to share ideas and solve challenges.
* Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and customer‑facing colleagues to gain insights into the UK healthcare environment.
* Track and evaluate brand performance, adapting strategies to achieve shared objectives.
* Work closely with Business Intelligence to maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to business planning cycles.
* Monitor market trends and recommend actions to address emerging issues.
Who You’ll Work With
You will report directly to the Commercial Director of Immunology and collaborate with a talented team of Senior Product Managers, the Head of Commercial Operations, Head of Market Access, and Medical Lead. You’ll also provide matrix leadership to the core value team, driving launch readiness and executional excellence while collaborating closely with field teams.
Experience & Knowledge
* Background in immunology or specialist care settings.
* Deep understanding of the UK healthcare landscape.
* At least 5 years in commercial pharmaceutical roles, including marketing.
* Demonstrated expertise with the ABPI code of practice.
