Digital Content Assistant – Full time Hybrid. As the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewellery, Signet Jewelers owns H.Samuel and Ernest Jones in the UK. Our mission is to help customers celebrate life and express love. We are evolving into a Digital First Retailer and are looking for a temporary Digital Content Assistant to join the Ecommerce team in our luxury offices in Croxley Park, Watford on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the Assistant Online Trading Manager, you will help deliver an optimised customer journey while applying your creative talents to enhance content for H.Samuel and Ernest Jones.
Our ideal candidate will have some experience in Digital and/or Trading and a natural talent for content creation. Apply today and develop your skills within a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Update website content including banners, landing pages, Terms & Conditions, and Returns pages.
* Optimise product listing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), filters, navigation, and footer.
* Visually merchandise products on listing pages based on data analysis.
* Support SEO updates.
* Conduct site walks to identify improvement areas.
* Perform competitor analysis.
* Carry out onsite walks to monitor and improve site performance.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable working knowledge or some experience in Digital/Trading.
* A natural flair/talent for content creation.
* HTML coding knowledge ideal but not essential.
* Proficient in MS Office and Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics/Content, ideal but not essential.
* Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
