What This Role Is Here To Do (Role Purpose) As a Sales & Events Executive for Poolhouse London, you play a key role in delivering pre-booked revenue and supporting the seamless delivery of events within a brand-new, fast-paced hospitality business. Working closely with the Sales & Events Team, Operations, and Marketing teams, you will proactively manage enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and ensure every guest experience reflects the energy, precision, and premium standards of the Poolhouse brand.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences from first enquiry through to event completion.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
13 years experience in hospitality sales, events coordination, or a guest-facing commercial role
Strong interest in events, guest experience, and commercial performance
Confident communicator with a warm, professional, and persuasive style
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up style environment where priorities can evolve
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly
Competent with CRM systems, booking tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings or weekends when required for events
