We are retained and actively seeking an Area Sales Manager - UK.
This position will be remote based with frequent travel.
About the Role:
We are searching for a driven Area Sales Manager - UK, someone who builds strong client relationships and excels in Business Development (which will account for 75% of the role).
Based in the UK and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on driving business growth, nurturing key accounts, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop business within the assigned UK territory, consistently achieving sales objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with key clients, offering personalised solutions.
- Create and execute sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and report on performance.
- Collaborate closely with product, customer service, and international teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations, manage pricing and profitability, and conduct market research to keep ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- >3 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally within packaging or manufacturing.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and willing to travel frequently; comfortable working from a home office.
