Job Description: Contracts Manager - Yorkshire & The Humber

We are an established firm delivering commercial and industrial refurbishment projects throughout the UK. With a small but dedicated team and a long-standing network of trusted subcontractors, we take pride in our high standards, strong relationships, and collaborative approach adding value at every stage.
The Role - You will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment contracts, ranging in value from £5,000 to £1 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a broad understanding of industrial construction processes to effectively plan, manage, and troubleshoot throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and implementation of construction phase plans
* Development and management of detailed construction programmes
* Be proficient with MS project, MS Excel & Word
* Liaison with Site Managers and Supervisors to coordinate daily operations
* Management of subcontractor and client relationships
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance in collaboration with site teams
* Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in a role within commercial or industrial refurbishment
* Comprehensive knowledge of industrial construction processes
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
* Full UK driving licence
