Lunchtime Supervisor Part time Hours: 10 per week – Monday – Friday - 11:30am – 1:30pm Term time only Salary: Scale 1, SCP 2–3 (£12.65 per hour - £12.85 per hour) We are seeking a caring and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of pupils during the midday break. Duties include: Supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground, and classrooms (wet play) Encouraging healthy eating and positive play Supporting pupils with medical or dietary needs Promoting good behaviour and resolving minor conflicts Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained Supporting the school’s ethos and safeguarding policies We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children and demonstrates sensitivity and understanding Is punctual, courteous, vigilant, and encouraging Can work well both independently and as part of a team Can maintain a calm and orderly environment during lunch Is committed to confidentiality, equality, and pupil wellbeing Is willing to undertake Paediatric First Aid training if not already qualified The Learning Community Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and young people.
