About the role
Youll be supporting solicitors across various departments with a mix of administrative and secretarial work. From audio typing and preparing documents to managing diaries and handling sensitive client correspondence, no two days will be quite the same. Its a hands-on role where your ability to stay calm, focused, and a step ahead will make a genuine difference to how smoothly the team operates.

Working hours
Monday to Friday, 9am5pm.
Key duties:
Audio typing and document preparation using digital dictation
Managing incoming correspondence and client calls
Booking appointments and maintaining solicitor diaries
Filing, photocopying, and other general administrative tasks
Handling confidential information with care and discretion
Key requirements:
Previous experience as a legal secretary
Strong typing and IT skills, including confidence with digital dictation
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
A proactive, supportive attitude someone who takes ownership of their work
