We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to support the emotional wellbeing of vulnerable students within our school community. This role involves providing one-to-one counselling and targeted support for students experiencing emotional difficulties, while working closely with Heads of Year, the pastoral team, parents and external agencies to ensure students receive the appropriate care and guidance.
Alongside direct student support, the successful candidate will play a key role in promoting wellbeing across the wider school community. This includes supporting and supervising staff who work with students in emotional distress, developing and overseeing a team of student Wellbeing Mentors, and contributing to group interventions and wellbeing initiatives.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
* To support the emotional needs of vulnerable students on a one-to-one basis
* To promote emotional wellbeing to the wider school community
* To oversee the student Wellbeing Mentors
* To act as a First Aider, when required
We are able to offer sponsorship to non-settled individuals for a Skilled Worker visa, subject to the necessary requirements for the visa category being met.
