BIFIS - The British Institute of Fitted Interiors Specialists is recruiting a Team Administrator to join our growing team at our Head Office in East Tilbury.
In hiring for this position, we are looking for an exceptionally strong administrator with a proven track record of working within an office environment as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong IT confidence, attention to detail to excellent communication skills.

The job brief
We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the general administration needs of our business. The duties will include the digital processing of documents, document scrutinisation and data entry. The role does include relationship management with our stakeholders and subsequent strong communication and customer service ability.
The responsibilities
– Maintaining accurate records / documentation associated with client registration.
– Checking, validating, and uploading documents in accordance with criteria.
– Communicating with clients, via telephone and email.
– Providing first point of contact for incoming enquiries.
– Organising meetings and supporting events.
The candidate
– Must have strong and proven administrative experience.
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel).
– Excellent written and oral communication skills essential.
– Must be a team player.
– Must have an attention to detail and a systematic approach to delivering against set tasks.

The contract
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
* No weekends or bank holidays
* 28 days Annual Leave - rising to 35 maximum based on length of service.
All employment is subject to a six month probationary period. Salary shown is the full-time equivalent, this will be subject to a pro-rata if reduced hours are agreed as above.
