Key Aspects of the role Proactive PA support to the Chief People Officer across a broad and complex remit. Working closely with the CPO to function as a trusted gatekeeper, manage priorities, diaries, and sensitive communications. Dealing with executives and stakeholders across multiple time zones globally. Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep everything running seamlessly. Build strong relationships across the People function and wider business. Manage operational tasks including POs, office coordination and ad-hoc support. About You Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, with evident stability and progression in previous roles. Ability to oversee problems autonomously and ensure expediency of workload. Initiative-taking, confident, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong communicator and natural relationship builder. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with reactive workloads.
