About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Manager to join the Media Cloud Services team to develop and implement pricing strategies for our SaaS products, including broadband, advertising, and video delivery services. This role requires a deep understanding of market pricing, cost analysis, and pricing models in a dynamic environment. The Pricing Manager will work closely with MSOs, ISPs and other B2B partners to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

You will have experience working in a hybrid environment and enjoy a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will be comfortable working with cross functional teams, internal channels and work as a partner with the respective cross-functional Product Sales teams for Senza and Iris towards mutual success.


Responsibilities

* Refine pricing strategies for SaaS products, including video delivery, broadband, advertising and content watermarking.
* Conduct market pricing analysis to understand competitive landscape and identify pricing opportunities.
* Perform cost analysis and maintain cost models to continuously monitor the profitability of different pricing approaches.
* Create and maintain pricing models to support dynamic pricing adjustments and deployments of products into new verticals.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
* Monitor and analyze pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
* Work with ISPs, MSPs, resellers, and other B2B partners to negotiate and implement pricing agreements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing and revenue management.


Skills Required

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 5+ years experience in pricing management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex cost and pricing analysis.
* High level of proficiency in data and analytics tools and familiarity with pricing software. Power BI specifc expertise an advantage
* Knowledge of B2B pricing strategies and working with ISPs and MSOs. Experience with video products, broadband services, &/or advertising technology a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and value-based pricing.
* Ability to analyse market data, trends and voices as well as clients’ needs to inform and help direct sales and product strategies
* Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset aligned with startup nature of many MCS products
* Effective communication, influencing and informing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent presentation skills
* Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and partnerships
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities supporting a portfolio of distinct products.
